I am really looking forward to next Wednesday night. My student Matt and his band, Sam I Am, are playing at Metropolis in the Maimonides Battle of the Bands. They are opening the show. Matt, as you can imagine, is psyched. As a bonus, my friend Jay is also playing with his band called The Hip Replacements.
