I received this invite today. It's hard to believe that Wayne's big bash is in just a few weeks! It's going to be great. When Wayne first started taking lessons, he said,"I just want to learn a few chords so I can play some songs with my wife around the campfire..." Not long after, Wayne hatched a plan to put together a band to play at his 50th birthday. He hooked up with Bill, another one of my students, and they found a drummer and singer. The final piece of the puzzle was Drew. Drew had been studying bass with me for several months. I mentioned to Wayne that I had a student that would be perfect for his band. The rest is history...
